We know waiting sucks, so here’s how it works.

UK delivery

• Dispatch: same or next working day.

• Services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: usually 1-2 working days after dispatch

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: usually 2-4 working days after dispatch

• Free UK delivery on orders £50+ (automatic at checkout).

• You’ll get a dispatch email when your order leaves us. The postie does the legwork; we provide the excitement.

Heads up: working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Once it’s with Royal Mail, delivery times are estimates, not blood oaths.

International delivery

• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• Typical timing: most orders arrive 7-14 working days after dispatch (some countries can be a bit… leisurely).

Duties & taxes:
You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s customs. We don’t control those, we can’t predict them, and no, we can’t mark orders as “gifts.”

Tracking

• UK and international orders ship on tracked services.

• Tracking comes from Royal Mail or the courier (for overseas) by email.

• Can’t see it? Check your junk/spam folder. Your inbox is not the boss of us.

Address & delivery issues

• Wrong address entered? Tell us ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. If it has, we’ll wait for it to boomerang back to us before resending (additional postage may apply).

• Marked as delivered but not there? Check neighbours, safe places and the local depot first. Still missing? Email us with your order number and we’ll investigate like petty detectives.

• Returned to Sender: re-delivery is available once it’s back with us; we’ll invoice postage.

Packaging

We pack with care so your order arrives ready to be unwrapped and overshared. No receipts in the box, so gifting stays stealth.
