If your order arrives damaged
If your parcel turns up looking like it’s done twelve rounds with a forklift, email hello@risquegifts.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo (we don’t need a photoshoot, just proof).
We’ll replace it or refund it before your next brew’s gone cold.
Personalised & edible products
Sorry, but personalised items and edibles can’t be returned or refunded unless they’re damaged or faulty.
If that happens, we’ll sort it - promise.
Basically: if we messed up, we’ll fix it.
If you just don’t fancy it anymore, keep it as a life lesson in decisive shopping.
Standard returns
Changed your mind on something non-personalised and non-edible? No problem.

You’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to send it back.

Items must be unused and in original packaging (don’t try to “test” a mug).

Email us first so we can send you the correct return address.
Refunds are issued once the item lands back with us, minus the original postage cost.
Return shipping’s on you - we’re sassy, not Santa.
International orders & import duties
Customs can be a pain in the arse. If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes, the courier returns the parcel and they charge us for that.
If that happens, your refund will be for the product cost only, minus the hefty return fees we get hit with.
We don’t make the rules. We just pay the invoices.
Refund timing
Refunds usually hit your account within 3–5 working days after we’ve received and approved your return.
You’ll get an email when it’s done - no smoke signals required.
