I bought some mugs and coasters as a housewarming gift for friends. Unfortunately in the first delivery one of the mugs arrived broken, but when I got in touch with customer services a replacement was sent straight away.
They went down really well with my friend when I gave her them as a gift.

My name is Aga and I have bought this mug as a gift for my friend Nicola. Unfortunately, the birthday note was not attached with the mug. Also the sticker with c… around it, it’s disproportionated, it looks like it’s too narrowed on the surface of the mug.
I wouldn’t buy it again.

Just to clarify, the mug you purchased doesn’t come with a personalisation option, and we don’t use stickers on our designs - each mug is printed directly onto the ceramic.
